The Sioux Falls Mom Connection was created with the belief that local resources should be easy to find, and that true connection can show up in all kinds of places.

I’m Kelsey Whitesel, a former Sioux Falls Public School teacher and mom of two, running this space out of a love for motherhood, Sioux Falls, and supporting local businesses.

Since launching in 2023, Sioux Falls Mom has grown into a go-to resource for local moms and families, as well as visitors looking to explore the area.

My motto is “by moms, for moms.” While I may help guide the conversation, the heart of Sioux Falls Mom comes from local women: sharing their recommendations, stories, and experiences of motherhood.
